Drinking coffee can make or break an entire routine. It makes your weekend worse if your coffee doesn’t meet high standards. The problem is that a slightly bad ingredient in coffee can ruin your day, not just with taste but with health.
This beverage can make you a bit queasy. So, you must be careful when choosing the right and healthy coffee.
The question is, how do we know that coffee is bad and how to first know to avoid drinking it?
1. Avoid fake or artificial sweeteners.
Artificial sweeteners would cause you some severe damage. You have to avoid the drink that claims coffee with zero-calorie sweetener. No such ingredient exists, as all sweeteners contain some calories.
The fake or artificial sweeteners may contain chemical substances that affect your health or body. So, artificial sweetener considers bad coffee.
2. Stop using artificial creamers.
Just like artificial sweeteners, various entities claim to produce artificial creamers. The creamers they claim have no fat, and having non-dairy is nothing more than just artificial ingredients.
So, coffee containing fake creamer is also considered a bad coffee because its artificial taste can damage your health. Instead of counterfeit creamers, use all-natural creamer to keep you strong and healthy.
3. Avoid overheating
Coffee tends to be left for the optimum time. If you go overheating, it may lose water and bring concentration. This overheating might lead you to irritate your intestines.
The problem will lead you to feel loaded. And your stomach might feel exploded. Due to irritation inside, you would feel like you are going to vomit. So, overheating coffee is also considered bad coffee, and it can make you feel sick.
4. Avoid excessive caffeine
Many of you prefer caffeine in coffee, so why wouldn’t it make coffee good? But one problem with caffeine is that it can cause anxiety disorders. Caffeine brings anxiety and panic, which can cause serious damage to our daily life. One problem of anxiety gives birth to many problems.
So, avoid a lot of use of caffeine in your coffee drink to avert adverse effects on your mental health.
5. Unfiltered coffee
Many coffees wouldn’t pay head to filter in the coffee maker, but it has an essential role in filtering out unwanted debris; if you don’t use the filter, you invite a lot of hidden bacteria into your coffee. And these bacteria can damage your health, leading you to cause a lot more problems.
Using a filter throws out hidden bacteria and presents you safe and healthy drink. So, it would help if you used whether it’s chlorine or a built-in filter to prevent extra baggage in your drink.
6. Addiction of coffee
Consuming too much coffee can make you addicted to it, and addiction to coffee brings not suitable for your health.
There is no problem for you if you are the one who likes to have a cup or two of coffee in the morning. However, if you drink excessively, like drinking it for 6 to 8 cups of coffee, it will give some health complexations.
So, the above reasons why coffee or bad coffee makes you sick. Now, let’s find out how to avoid bad coffee by following the below steps.
i. Use excessive drink of water.
Try to consume 6 to 8 eight glasses of water daily. And make sure to drink filtered water. The bacteria or diseases that somehow come in your coffee will wipe out from your body due to drinking excessive glasses of water. It will also make sure that your body will not be dehydrated. In addition to that, also that warm water, if you can, it is more effective than taking a normal glass of water. You may also use lemon in water.
ii. Use filter
Make sure your coffee maker has a built-in filter. If it doesn’t, bring a separate one for your machine. Filter whether a built-in or a separate will ensure if not 100% but 98% clean coffee. All dirt and debris will remain within the filter instead of flowing into your coffee.
So, I always recommend using the coffee maker filter because it ensures no bacteria exist in your coffee. If you find bacteria or debris in your coffee despite having a filter, you better change the filter and get a new one.
iii. Do exercise daily
Exercise helps burn calories, as well as extra substances, that exist in your body. Do exercise as per your body stamina, and you don’t have to necessarily do exercise that doesn’t work for your age and body. You can walk for about 30 minutes or do something that gives you a workout.
iv. Eat according to time
Always follow authentic time meals. Try not to drink coffee if there is dinner time. I always prefer coffee early in the morning or time after having dinner or lunch. Don’t get your sugar low if dinner time passes on. Get the meal on time. Because it always causes health complaints when you drink coffee instead of a meal. It brings two adverse effects. First, it will make you addicted to coffee, and second, it will affect your intestine, owning to over-under meal time.
I know it isn’t easy to follow the above steps. And we can’t stop tempting drinking coffee. But at least we can take some extra steps to avoid adverse effects on health. So, all you have to do is to follow the above points to avoid health complexations.
