Every coffee enthusiast should try to limit their coffee intake daily. Taking this beverage only once in the morning and at night can be a good option. But if this isn’t the case, he advised a few more tips.
Dr. Philip believes the road to brighter-looking and less-sensitive teeth is only by reducing coffee consumption. But if you can’t lessen your coffee intake, move to his second tip.
He further recommended using a straw while drinking coffee. Because through the narrow pipe-looking instrument, coffee may not hit your teeth directly. Using a straw will get coffee through the tongue without creating teeth or oral issues.
Third, he advised checking on your teeth status regularly with a professional dentist in your town; so that you can know about your teeth conditions. Doing a regular check-up can potentially decrease the risk of cavities. Plus, you may catch up with immediate or perceived holes around the teeth area.
He further advised that every coffee lover should brush his teeth after every drink. Consistent brushing can control the damage caused by coffee. But that could be hectic, and a lazy like me wouldn’t like to do it all the time – but this is for our teeth to maintain them as beautiful and shiner as possible. And we have to do it if we care about them and cannot give up coffee.
For some, coffee is an addiction. And it isn’t easy to give up this addiction. You may know many friends who are too addicted to coffee, and we hear them saying they can’t live without taking two or three cups of coffee every day.
