Can expired coffee creamer make you sick? [FREE Tips Getting Quality Creamer]

We all want to have our morning with a cup of coffee. You would know we here talk coffee all the time; if you’re a regular RoastyKitchen reader. We take another opportunity to talk about yet another topic of coffee-related. We would answer a common question that we get a lot from our readers: what coffee creamer is best for me, or if not, continue with the old one? Can expired coffee creamer make you sick?

Does expired coffee creamer make you sick?

To the second question. Most of the common conventional coffee creamers expire quickly, and they are unhealthy for you. Expired creamer can be very toxic, and they could be contributing to a lot of the problems.

Problems you face due to usage of expired coffee creamer

You may be having problems with your weight, mood, and energy, and they could even set you up for a whole host of chronic diseases. So then, the main thing we want to get across is coffee creamer and everything.

How to do damage control?

You want to maximize nutrition and minimize toxicity rather than think about calories in calories. Think about maximizing nutrition, minimizing toxicity, and like we said earlier, the problem with most conventional coffee creamers you likely have in your pantry.

We are talking about the pink packet, the yellow packet, the blue packet, and the stuff you find at your grocery store. Look at the ingredients, and if you look a little further and Google those things, you will see they are terrible for you.

How to choose the ideal coffee creamer?

So, here is something that we will share with you that you want to look for and avoid easy-to-expire coffee creamer. So, the first one is these icky thickeners that they put. These are things like carrageenan, cellulose, gum, and polylobate. These all contribute to very poor gut health and contribute to leaky gut essentially.

The pole hole in your intestinal lining sets off this cascade of systemic inflammation throughout your body. It might sound good because it’s thickening your coffee, but it is not. It’s an ingredient you have always used, maybe or never even noticed. But these things can cause a whole host of problems. So, keep an eye out for these icky thickeners, okay.

Chemical preservatives

Next, you want to look out for chemical preservatives. We have to say that they love this food manufacturing industry. They love to put chemical preservatives and almost anything. They have engineers and scientists in white coats manufacturing.

These fake foods and doing everything they can to get you addicted to these foods. So, something you want to look out for is BHA and look out for BHT. Both are chemical preservatives, and they negatively impact your brain’s neurological system. They also affect your memory, so you know you will find a lot of this in expired coffee creamers.

But it sets you up for chronic diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Those are neurological disorders, and you want to avoid them. There are better ways and better things you can do, and we will talk about that in just a second.

Artificial flavors

The next thing you want to look out for are also artificial flavors. You want something real that is natural. Again you need real food to maximize nutrition, minimizing toxicity. So some artificial flavors you want to look out for are propylene glycol.

This messes all these artificial flavors. They mess with your hormones, and they mess with your immune system. People often talk about how their hormones are out of whack, and they are always getting sick. You want to look at what you are putting into your body, what you are putting in, and what is actually in your creamer that could be contributing to this. So, we want to minimize the toxicity here.

Artificial sweetener

The last one is artificial sweeteners. So the big one in most of them here is sucralose, right. Sucralose is not healthy for you. There are better ways to do that, but when taking in these artificial sweeteners. It messes with your sense of satiety, right.

How satisfied is your body with the nutrition? It is getting, messing up the signal and the body. Oh, we need to eat more, so you keep eating more, start craving sweet things, and start your day with sugar like sucralose.

Especially in an artificial way, the next thing you know, you want more sugar and keep eating more calories than you need. But it is because of what you are putting in your body, making weight loss almost impossible. So it is really important; a good little trick here is to start your day with quality protein and good quality fat.

So again, the goal with your creamer should be to maximize nutrition and minimize toxicity. Unfortunately, there are not many creamers on the market right now that actually do this. So, what we did was we made our own called native path collagen coffee creamer, which has collagen and MCTS in there. So collagen is one of the most abundant proteins in the body, but unfortunately, most of us are extremely deficient in it.

In our modern diets and as we age, our natural production of collagen declines, but collagen is responsible for our connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, teeth, skin, nails, and hair, and basically holds your body together.

So, when you have collagen at the beginning of the day, not only does the protein help boost your metabolism to start your day. But it also helps you look and feel younger. You know we recommend this to my moon and eve our readers. They all report their skin better, and their nails are growing faster, their hair is shinier.

It tastes great in your morning coffee. The other thing is MCT, which stands for medium-chain triglyceride. Earlier, we talked about how these hydrogenated fats are unhealthy for you. MCTs are a very healthy fat that is good for your memory and mood and boosts your metabolism at the beginning of the day.

When you have this coffee creamer, you are sharp and ready to go and start the day. The flavor that we are offering right now is butter pecan. We are going to come out with more flavor. But I am telling you now, and this butter pecan flavor is so good that you can have it every day.

It is like that one of the best parts of my day, and it is so simple you don’t have to mix one thing and then the other. You don’t have to put milk and then a pink packet. It is just one thing that you add just a scoop, put your coffee, and stir.

We found this little thing and just mixed it up quickly. It is so good and so simple. The other nice thing about the butter pecan collagen coffee creamer is that it uses a sweetener called monk fruit, extracts right the way, and you are not putting any sucralose.

It doesn’t give you the craving when you start your day with good quality protein in fat. You are able to go a lot longer without having to need food all the time because your body is satisfied with the nutrition it needs. Again maximizing trician minimizing toxicity if you have got those old ingredients in your pantry. Your old creamers’ through them out and go ahead. Order the native path butter pecan coffee cream, and put it in your coffee.

I know you will love it, but you got to try it out for yourself. So hope that helped there is probably going to be a link-up there or down there where you can check it out.

Conclusion

Expired coffee creamer can cause serious health risks, and they sometimes bring chronic diseases. It would be better if you chose the right coffee creamer that doesn’t expire quickly. There are many ways by which you can choose the right option when it comes to opting for the right coffee creamer in the market. Read the above article to know which coffee creamer will be better.
