How to make Psychedelic Mushroom Coffee?

Mushroom has been a great source of health enhancer. It is one of the top-consumed fungi, with over 1.4 billion people estimated to use it in different parts of the world.

Due to the whopping number of people showing interest in it, I have decided to write about Mushroom coffee and how one can make it at home.

People use Mushrooms either in a meal or in a coffee drink. Well! You first pulverize them before using them in a meal or drink.

But before going straight to the making process, let me explain first why you should consider Mushroom coffee. And what benefits it offers.

Why do people like to consume Mushrooms?

To build a Strong Immune system

Regular use of mushrooms ensures robust support for the immune system. Whether it requires support or stabilization. In either case, Mushroom helps attenuate the underacted immune system and stabilizes the overacted inner system.

It has been scientifically proven that Mushroom works for building a robust immune system. And this is the reason why it is sometimes called an immune modulator.

Mushrooms have multiple types; not all work for the same purpose. Each one performs for a specific need.

For instance, Turkey Tail consists of active beta-glucans that are ideal for making a well-built immunity only.

To Get More Energy

You may find some athletes or hardworking pales consuming Mushrooms to get more energy. But for that, Turkey tail might not work.

You will need Cordyceps Mushroom to get extra gear or energy; it is sometimes called an athlete’s Mushroom. But even if you’re not an athlete, you will get benefits.

Cordyceps will make you feel more energetic than any other day, and the process is called an adaptogen.

What it does is that it helps your body utilize more oxygen. If all goes well, at the end of the day, you will feel better, sleep better, and have better energy, and ultimately, your days will get better.

Brain health, Cognition focus, and the Right Mood

Not all things go great according to our wishes, sometimes life gets tough, and things aren’t going our way. That is the time when you need to focus. You will need a healthy brain for better focus.

Many people believe Mushrooms can make their brain function effectively – true. But just like Turkey Tail doesn’t work for an energy boost. Similarly, Cordyceps doesn’t work on brain health, cognition focus, and the right mood.

For better focus, you need Lion’s mane that is compounded with Kerosene that crosses the blood-brain barrier and helps create what we call NGF or Nerve Growth Factor. NGF supports neurons; it also helps regrow neurons.

Another type of Mushroom that helps brain health is Reishi. A significant stat shows that a lot of people report mentally feeling better after taking Reishi.

Sleep & Relaxation

Sleeping and relaxing are other reasons why many people rely on Mushrooms. For that, Reishi works perfectly fine.

Reishi is an adaptogen that helps your body to react and respond well to stress. In the end, it gets you a good sleep cycle.

Lion’s mane, Reishi, and Cordyceps are known to be helpful for benefits like sleep and mood. You must understand that it is not a Mushroom that makes you feel better; it is the sleep that gives you better feelings.
